Supple Drink- A Review
What is Supple?
Well, according to the official site, Supple is a delicious daily supplement drink with powerful ingredients found by over 13 million individuals to naturally rebuild cartilage and relieve the symptoms of arthritis.
The idea behind Supple is that you drink one can every day to rebuild cartilage and improve the joint function damaged by arthritis. The drink comes in a Peach Mango flavor and can be drunk with water or ice according to taste. The manufacturers claim that if drunk between meals as a snack, Supple could even help you to lose weight, as it contains only 30 calories a can and has been formulated to make you feel full.
How does Supple Work?
According to the official site, Supple provides the body with the building blocks of cartilage, glucosamine and chondroitin, which help the strengthening and rebuilding process of the joints. Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural molecules that penetrate to the joints and help synthesize proteoglycans. These proteoglycans help give resilience to cartilage and strength to ligaments surrounding the joint. The manufacturers claim that Supple is enhanced with important vitamins and minerals that further facilitate joint repair and inhibit oxidative injury.
The manufacturers claim that most glucosamine and chondroitin products
currently sold in the United States do not deliver rigorously tested dosages or ingredients. This is due to the fact that glucosamine and chondroitin are not strictly regulated in the United States. Supple contains 1,200mg of CSb™ chondroitin and 1,500 mg shellfish free glucosamine, plus a special antioxidant formula of ten vitamins & minerals.
Because Supple contains natural products, it is less likely to cause the side effects created by some prescription medication. According to the site, Supple’s active ingredients are supported by over 35 human studies and are used safely by 13 million people with no dangerous side effects.
The manufacturers claim that the glucosamine in Supple comes from the only producer of 100% pure vegetarian glucosamine in the world, making Supple suitable for vegetarians. As I am a vegetarian, this was quite an important point for me.
Apparently Supple Beverages donate 25% of their net after tax profits towards funding joint health education and research.
Is There Proof That it Works?
Although the official website has a number of testimonials from satisfied customers, as usual I wanted more impartial proof that Supple works, so I spent a considerable amount of time researching to see if people really are getting results by drinking it. To be honest I didn’t find as many positive reviews as I would have expected but there were a few;
“I ordered a one month supply of supple because when I get up in the morning it hurt to walk till I was up for awhile, and if I set in a recliner for too long my back would start hurting. So I thought I would try it. They said I should start feeling better in about 7 days. After 4 days I am amazed with the results. When I get up in the morning now, I feel no pain. I am not trying to convince people to buy it. I am just sharing my experience with supple. It made my life a whole lot better. In closing I would say it may not work for everybody, But I am sure glad I took the chance. I have not felt this good in years.”
“I have not tried it but my elderly aunt did and the difference was AMAZING. Seriously, in ONE week, she was standing much more upright and walking easier…she is 85 tomorrow, BTW. I wanted to jump for joy after her having to hang onto things to even walk around the house and she has given up most of her gardening.”
I did come across quite a few people who found that Supple did not work for them;
“I tried Supple for two weeks and it didn’t help the stiffens in my knees. When I asked for a refund they tried to convince me to keep taking it. Then I realized that they were trying to get me to use the rest of my supply. Also, they won’t pay for shipping, so when you do the math the money back guaranty is useless.In my opinion, Supple is not a company to do business with.”
“I tried Supple for over two weeks for my knees and it just did not work at all. The drink taste fine but I did not buy it for the taste. My knees still are stiff and they still hurt. It might for some people but it did not work for me“
I would recommend giving Supple a trial first to make sure it’s right for you, and only ordering a small supply.
Conclusions
The manufacturer’s claims are impressive, and are apparently backed by a 100% money back guarantee, although I am not sure how easy it would be to claim your money back. I should warn you though that they will only refund for unopened bottles, and you will have to pay to post the bottles back so the 100% refund is not as great a deal as is claimed.
Although it’s not the best product out there, and I have concerns about the refund policy and the autoship program, I would hesitate to call this product an out and out scam because it does appear that drinking Supple has helped some arthritis sufferers relief painful symptoms and improve their joint health, and there is also considerable proof that the body absorbs supplements more effectively if taken in liquid form rather than tablet form. If you don’t enjoy taking tablets it could be worth a try.
If you are thinking of trying Supple, I would strongly recommend ordering a month’s supply first so you are not too much out of pocket if you don’t like it or don’t see an improvement.
Where to Buy Supple
Although Supple is sold at a number of outlets online, I would only recommend purchasing from the official site. Some sites mark up postage costs considerably, or may not actually send you your order at all.
By buying from the official site, you are covered by the money back guarantee, and can save money buy buying in bulk- it may be an idea to get together with some of your friends and place a large order between you to get the best discount.
One word of warning- when you order Supple, you are entered into an autoship program, meaning that you are automatically charged each month for the next month’s supply. If you decide that Supple is not for you, you will need to make sure you cancel this. I don’t know how easy it would be to cancel so be aware of this if you order. Reading the reviews it appears that some people have had problems cancelling their orders so please take this into consideration.
